1) Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting renewealth.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) and by any policies referenced here, including our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Payment Methods, Disclaimer, and Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an order. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

2) Definitions (Plain‑English)

  • “Site”: renewealth.com and its pages, content, and checkout.

  • “Products”: our foam clogs and lightweight sandals and related accessories.

  • “Order”: a purchase placed through the Site.

  • “You/Customer”: the person or entity using the Site or placing an Order.

  • “Cookies”: small text files placed in your browser to remember settings and measure analytics.

  • “Third‑Party Services”: carrier tracking pages, payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), analytics and advertising tools, and embedded social features.

3) Using Our Site — Limited License

We grant you a revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access the Site for personal, non‑commercial use consistent with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit any part of the Site; remove proprietary notices; or use bots/scrapers that burden our infrastructure.

4) Accounts & Security

Account creation is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for: (a) keeping your credentials confidential; (b) restricting access to your device; and (c) promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or appear compromised.

5) Products, Fit & Care

We aim for accuracy, but minor differences in color/finish may occur due to device settings and production tolerances. For best fit, consult the size guide and try on indoors only to preserve return eligibility. Avoid high heat or direct sunlight for prolonged periods; foam footwear can deform if overheated.

6) Pricing, Taxes, Promotions & Errors

Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. At checkout, most orders will show sales tax as $0.00; where required by law, tax will be displayed and charged automatically. Discount codes must be applied at checkout and generally cannot be combined unless stated. If we discover an error (price, description, availability), we will contact you to cancel the affected item for a full refund, or to let you proceed at the corrected terms.

7) Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. We accept your order when it ships and payment is captured. We may decline or cancel any order due to inventory limits, verification concerns, or pricing errors; in that case, you will receive a full refund for any canceled items.

8) Payments & Billing

We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe and PayPal. Our checkout uses TLS/HTTPS; Stripe is PCI‑DSS‑validated and tokenizes card data. For most card transactions, we capture payment when your order ships; PayPal may capture at checkout. Declines can occur if billing details don’t match your bank’s records. 9) Shipping & Delivery (Summary)

  • Processing: 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm PT) for verification, allocation, and packing.

  • Carriers: FedEx, UPS, USPS; we may split orders into multiple parcels.

  • Transit: 6–8 business days after shipment (Mon–Fri).

  • Rates: Free over $199; $7.99 flat rate under $199 (based on subtotal after discounts, before taxes).

  • Service Area: United States (50 states) only. No shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

10) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (Summary)

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Footwear must be new, unused, and tried on indoors only, with original packaging and tags. For wrong item/defect, we provide a prepaid return label; for other reasons (e.g., size change), customers pay return shipping. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe or PayPal within 3–5 business days after approval/inspection. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.

11) Address Accuracy; Risk of Loss

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is undeliverable and returns to us, we can reship (for the original rate) or refund the order (original shipping fees, if any, are non‑refundable). Risk of loss transfers when the carrier confirms delivery to your address.

12) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Site unlawfully; (b) infringe IP or privacy rights; (c) upload harmful code or interfere with security; (d) circumvent rate limits or access controls; (e) misrepresent identity, address, or payment details; or (f) use the Site to market competing products without our written permission.

13) Reviews, Photos & Feedback

If you submit reviews, photos, or comments, you grant renewealth a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for marketing and site operations. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringes rights. Please post only content you own or have permission to share.

14) Third‑Party Services & Links

We rely on reputable third parties for payments (Stripe, PayPal), shipping (FedEx/UPS/USPS), analytics, and tracking. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices; review them before use. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

15) Cookies, Preferences & Do Not Sell/Share

We use Cookies to remember preferences and understand how the Site is used. Manage cookies via the Cookie Preferences link in our footer. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. 16) Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, product names, graphics, logos, and design elements are owned by or licensed to renewealth and are protected by law. You may not use our trademarks without written permission. Third‑party names and logos belong to their respective owners; no sponsorship or endorsement is implied.

17) Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as required by law, the Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error‑free operation, nor do we guarantee that colors, materials, or measurements will appear the same on every device. This section does not affect any manufacturer’s warranty that may apply by law.

18) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, renewealth, its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

19) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless renewealth and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Products.

20) Term, Suspension & Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate access, or cancel orders, if we believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or present a risk to our customers or operations. You may stop using the Site at any time.

21) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site.

22) Changes to the Site & to These Terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. When we do, we will post the updated Terms with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

24) Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms plus referenced policies are the entire agreement between you and us for Site use and Orders.

  • Severability: If any part is invalid, the rest remains in effect.

  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.

  • Assignment: You may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent.

  • Headings: Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
