At renewealth, paying for your new clogs and sandals should be as easy as slipping them on. This page explains which payment methods we accept, how your information stays safe, and what happens step‑by‑step from checkout to confirmation—written clearly to avoid surprises.

1) Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for online orders:

  • Credit & Debit Cards via Stripe (major networks supported, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

  • PayPal (including PayPal balance or linked cards/banks).

Note: Payment options shown at checkout may vary by device or risk checks. We do not accept cash on delivery, money orders, or wire transfers

2) Payment Security (How We Keep Checkout Safe)

  • PCI‑DSS Controls: Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI‑DSS‑validated provider. Your full card number is not stored on renewealth systems.

  • Encryption in Transit: Our website uses TLS encryption (HTTPS) to protect data transmitted during checkout and account sign‑in.

  • Tokenization: Stripe replaces sensitive card details with secure tokens to reduce exposure risk.

  • PayPal Protection: When you choose PayPal, your financial details are handled by PayPal and are not shared with us.

  • Fraud Screening: We use automated and manual checks (e.g., AVS/CVV, IP/device signals) to prevent unauthorized transactions. Orders that fail verification may be canceled and refunded.

3) Payment Process — Step by Step

Step 1 — Place Order: Review your cart, shipping address, and totals. Enter your payment details and submit the order.

Step 2 — Authorization: For card payments, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold to confirm funds. For PayPal, funds may be captured at checkout.

Step 3 — Processing: We prepare your order (allocation, quality check). Processing takes 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm PT).

Step 4 — Capture & Ship: In most cases, we capture the payment when your order ships. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Step 5 — Completion: Once delivered, your bank will automatically remove any remaining holds. If the order is split into multiple shipments, partial captures may occur per parcel (your total charge will not exceed your order total).

If we cannot fulfill an item (out of stock or similar), we’ll cancel that item and release the authorization or issue a refund—whichever applies. You’ll be notified by email.

4) Taxes, Pricing & Currency

  • Currency: All prices and payments are in USD.

  • Sales Tax: At checkout, most orders will show sales tax as $0.00. Where tax collection is legally required, it will be displayed and charged automatically. If we do not collect tax for your destination, you may be responsible for any applicable use tax under state/local rules.

  • No Surcharges: We do not add payment processing surcharges beyond the order total shown at checkout.

5) Receipts, Emails & Order Status

  • Order Confirmation: Immediately after checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and summary.

  • Shipping Confirmation: When your parcel ships, you’ll receive a tracking link and carrier details.

  • Declines or Errors: If your payment is declined, please verify the billing address, CVV, card limits, and available funds—or try PayPal. If issues persist, contact your bank or email [email protected].

6) Billing Address & Accuracy

  • Ensure your billing address matches your card or PayPal account to avoid declines.

  • Orders with mismatched or unverifiable billing details may be placed on hold or canceled for your protection.

  • We cannot change the billing address after an order is submitted; please place a new order if needed.

7) Refunds — Timing & Method

When a return is approved (see our Refund and Return Policy), refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe or PayPal within 3–5 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take additional time to post the credit. Shipping fees (original and return) are non‑refundable unless the return is due to damage/defect or our error.

8) Price Adjustments & Promotions

  • Promo Codes: Enter valid codes at checkout; discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.

  • One Promotion per Order: Multiple promotions generally cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Post‑Purchase Adjustments: We do not offer retroactive price matching or adjustments on prior purchases.

9) Fraud, Chargebacks & Account Protection

  • For chargebacks, we may provide the bank with order, delivery, and IP/device records. We’re committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly.

  • We may restrict or close accounts linked to repeated fraud or chargebacks.

10) International Cards & Limits

  • We ship only within the USA. Some non‑US cards may be declined by the issuing bank due to regional controls.

  • Transaction limits or velocity checks may apply to protect against fraud.
