  • Color & Appearance: Photos are taken under studio or natural lighting. Colors can vary due to screen settings, device calibration, and ambient light. Slight differences between photos and the product in hand are normal.

  • Materials & Tolerances: Our clogs and sandals use molded foam and other lightweight components. Small variations in texture, molding marks, or finish can occur within normal production tolerances and do not indicate defects.

  • Sizing: Size charts are guides, not guarantees. We recommend indoor try‑on only to preserve return eligibility (see our Refund & Returns Policy).

4) Availability, Pricing & Promotions

  • Subject to Change: Product availability, specifications, and pricing may change without notice.

  • Typographical Errors: If we discover an error in price, description, or availability after you order, we will notify you and offer options (proceed at the corrected terms, choose an alternative, or receive a full refund).

5) Order Acceptance & Cancellations

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not constitute acceptance. We accept your order when it ships and we capture payment (see Payment Methods). We may cancel an order due to inventory limits, verification issues, or pricing errors. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund for the affected items.

You may request a free cancellation before the order ships or within 12 hours of purchase (whichever comes first). After shipment, please follow the return process.

6) Taxes & Billing Currency

Prices are shown and billed in US Dollars (USD). At checkout, most orders will show sales tax as $0.00. Where tax collection is required by law, the correct amount will appear automatically. If we do not collect tax for your destination, you may be responsible for any applicable use tax under state or local rules.

7) Shipping Estimates & Service Areas

Delivery estimates are timeframes, not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs, and peak seasons can extend transit times. We currently ship to the 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O.
