Refund & Returns Policy

At Renewealth, great footwear should feel effortless—from first try‑on to every step after. This policy is written in clear, straightforward language so you know exactly how returns and exchanges work for our clogs and sandals. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—quickly and fairly.
1) Return Window — 30 Days
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, footwear must be in original condition: new, unused, and tried on indoors only. Outsoles must be unmarked and clean; footbeds uncompressed; uppers free of scuffs, dents, or creases; straps and buckles undamaged; and all original tags, inserts, and packaging included.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept pairs that show outdoor wear, dirt/debris, odors, moisture damage, or cleaning residues.
2) Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns/exchanges for common reasons, including but not limited to:

A valid order number and proof of purchase are required for all requests.
3) Non‑Returnable Items
We do not designate any products as “final sale,” and we do not sell gift cards.
However, we cannot accept returns that fail standard footwear condition checks, including items that are:

Worn outdoors, with scuffed or dirty outsoles

Showing compressed footbeds, heavy creasing, dents, or deformation not caused by transit

Carrying odors, stains, pet hair, or moisture damage

Missing essential components (e.g., straps, insoles, tags, protective inserts) or original packaging

Damaged due to misuse, improper care, heat exposure, or alterations by the customer
4) How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1 — Start your request. Contact us at [email protected] or via the website contact form. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and your reason for return.
Step 2 — Receive authorization. Our team replies within 1 business day with instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
Step 3 — Pack securely. Use the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) and place your order number inside the parcel.

Step 5 — Confirmation. Keep your drop‑off receipt and tracking. We’ll email you as soon as your return is inspected and approved.
Return Method: We currently support mail‑in returns and exchanges only.
5) Return Shipping Costs

Damaged/defective, or our error (wrong item sent): We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

All other reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered): Customer pays the return shipping. You may use our discounted label (if offered) or your preferred carrier. We recommend trackable services for your protection.
No restocking fee applies in any scenario.
6) Exchange Policy
Need a different size or variant? Choose Exchange when you contact us.

We’ll reserve the replacement pair (subject to availability).

In many cases, we ship the exchange once your return label is scanned or after the pair arrives and passes inspection.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may opt for a refund to your original payment method.
7) Refunds — Timing & Method
Once your return is approved (and, where required, the item is received and inspected), refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe or PayPal within 3–5 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping fees and return postage (if customer‑paid) are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to damage/defect or our fulfillment error.
8) Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos (and the packaging if damaged). We’ll prioritize a free replacement or a full refund, and we’ll cover return shipping when a physical return is required.

10) Order Cancellations
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm PT. You may request a free cancellation before your order ships or within 12 hours of placing the order—whichever comes first.
If the parcel has already shipped, please follow the standard return process after delivery.
11) Inspection & Processing
When your parcel arrives at our returns address, allow 2–3 business days for inspection. We’ll email you the outcome (approval or reason for rejection) and next steps for your refund or exchange.
