2) Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The carrier is selected automatically based on service performance, destination, and package profile. We may split multi‑item orders into separate parcels to optimize speed and availability.

3) Delivery Timeframes (Transit)

Standard transit time: 6–8 business days after shipment (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Total time to your door: Processing (2–4 business days) + transit (6–8 business days). Most orders arrive within 8–12 business days from the date of purchase.
Tracking visibility: Tracking updates typically appear 24–48 hours after you receive the shipping confirmation. Some destinations may show fewer scan events until the final delivery.

Heads‑up: Weather, natural events, peak seasons, or carrier network disruptions may extend timelines. We’ll keep you informed if we see unusual delays.

4) Shipping Rates & How Fees Are Calculated

We keep pricing simple and transparent:

Orders ≥ $199: Free standard shipping.
Orders < $199: $7.99 flat rate for standard shipping.

How we calculate: The rate is based on your order subtotal after discounts and before any taxes. The system applies the correct rate automatically at checkout. No hidden handling fees.

5) Shipping Areas (USA Only)

We currently ship within the United States (the 50 states).
We do not ship to: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Remote ZIP codes may require additional transit time.

At checkout, most orders will show sales tax as $0.00. Where tax collection is legally required, it will be displayed and charged automatically. If we do not collect sales tax for your destination, you may be responsible for any applicable use tax per your state or local laws.

1) Return Window — 30 Days

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, footwear must be in original condition: new, unused, and tried on indoors only. Outsoles must be unmarked and clean; footbeds uncompressed; uppers free of scuffs, dents, or creases; straps and buckles undamaged; and all original tags, inserts, and packaging included.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept pairs that show outdoor wear, dirt/debris, odors, moisture damage, or cleaning residues.

2) Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges for common reasons, including but not limited to:

Wrong size or fit
Changed mind
Wrong item received
Damaged or defective on arrival
Item not as described

A valid order number and proof of purchase are required for all requests.

3) Non‑Returnable Items

We do not designate any products as “final sale,” and we do not sell gift cards.
However, we cannot accept returns that fail standard footwear condition checks, including items that are:

Worn outdoors, with scuffed or dirty outsoles
Showing compressed footbeds, heavy creasing, dents, or deformation not caused by transit
Carrying odors, stains, pet hair, or moisture damage
Missing essential components (e.g., straps, insoles, tags, protective inserts) or original packaging
Damaged due to misuse, improper care, heat exposure, or alterations by the customer

4) How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1 — Start your request. Contact us at contact@renewealth.com or via the website contact form. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and your reason for return.

Step 2 — Receive authorization. Our team replies within 1 business day with instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.

Step 3 — Pack securely. Use the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) and place your order number inside the parcel.

Step 5 — Confirmation. Keep your drop‑off receipt and tracking. We’ll email you as soon as your return is inspected and approved.

Return Method: We currently support mail‑in returns and exchanges only.

5) Return Shipping Costs

Damaged/defective, or our error (wrong item sent): We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
All other reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered): Customer pays the return shipping. You may use our discounted label (if offered) or your preferred carrier. We recommend trackable services for your protection.

No restocking fee applies in any scenario.
